We are seeking to appoint an inspirational, patient and enthusiastic inclusion support assistant with a professional attitude to a child in lower school. NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent is required and training will be given to the right candidate by external specialist support. This position will be for 32.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday until the end of the summer term in the first instance; however, there will be opportunity for the role to become permanent for the right candidate.

4. The ability to follow an intervention/programme
5. Some experience of working with physically impaired pupils would be an advantage
You will be asked to follow pupils' care plans and carry out personal care needs and hygiene; therefore, you will need a general good level of physical fitness due to the active requirements of this role. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to understand and work within the principles of SEN, with a working knowledge of the curriculum and assessment, and have experience of working or interfacing with these pupils.
