Description Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for quality, compliance, and best-practice clinical governance? MannaCare is seeking a Quality Coordinator to support our Community Care and Home Care teams in maintaining the highest standards of care. About the Role Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role is instrumental in monitoring and auditing compliance with legislative, accreditation, and regulatory requirements. As an auditor, you will work closely with clinical and care staff to support best practices across all areas of community and home care, ensuring alignment with MannaCare policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: • Provide clinical support to Managers, Program Leaders, and facility staff regarding accreditation preparation and clinical compliance. • Conduct clinical and non-clinical audits, working with Care Advisors teams to identify and address clinical risks. • Ensure compliance with processes that facilitate optimal client assessment and care planning. • Monitor and evaluate internal and external benchmarking to drive continuous improvement. • Support the implementation of clinical policies and best-practice frameworks within a clinical governance model. • Review and respond to incidents, client feedback, and resident concerns to ensure compliance with legislative standards. • Maintain document control systems and ensure policies align with accreditation requirements. • Stay up to date with aged care legislation, accreditation standards, and clinical governance frameworks. • Foster a culture of quality improvement and best-practice service delivery. What We Are Looking For: • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration (Mandatory). • Experience in quality and compliance within Community and Home Aged Care services (Mandatory) • Strong knowledge of aged care legislation, accreditation, and regulatory requirements. • Proven ability to conduct clinical audits, risk identification, and remedial actions. • Experience in maintaining clinical policies, procedures, and document quality control systems. • Empathy, respect, and dignity in working with elderly clients. • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills with a proven track record in building positive relationships with managers and staff. • Strong computer skills, including experience with clinical IT systems. • Exceptional time management and ability to work autonomously. • Current NDIS Check.
