Job Title: Lettings Property Manager
Location: Liverpool city centre
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 basic salary (depending on experience) + commission (OTE Circa £45,000) + additional benefits (including free Liverpool city centre parking).

Your new role
As the business continues to grow its property portfolio across Liverpool and the North West, this is an integral new role in the business. Main duties of the role include:
1. Responding to Enquiries: Answer emails and phone calls from potential clients promptly and professionally.
2. Managing Listings: Receive and update the list of available apartments, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
3. Advertising: Add property availability to Rightmove and other advertising platforms. Collaborate with marketing agencies and generate reports for directors.
4. Scheduling: Manage calendars efficiently and arrange property viewings to maximise client engagement.
5. Sales: Attend viewings, engage with clients, and effectively close sales.
6. Coordination: Forward closed sales to the application manager for seamless processing.
7. Occupancy Management: Implement strategies to ensure properties maintain a 100% occupancy rate.
8. Market Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
9. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
10. Reporting: Prepare detailed monthly reports on sales activities, occupancy rates, and market trends for management review.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful Lettings Property Manager will have a proven background within residential property management. It is essential that you have operated within a lettings business before. Due to some occasional travel to Warrington, you must hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle. Free Liverpool city centre parking provided.
