Are you a commercially minded finance leader who loves bringing structure, strategy, and team development together? Atkinson Moss is partnering with a growing business in Suffolk. You will oversee a small finance team and play a key part in shaping internal controls, improving systems, and supporting the senior leadership team.
Main Duties will include:
1. Leading financial reporting and control across all business units
2. Coordinating budgets, forecasts, and cashflow planning
3. Managing financial aspects of capacity expansion projects
4. Supporting subsidiaries and overseeing VAT/Customs compliance
5. Coaching and mentoring the finance team
6. Partnering with senior leaders to provide valuable financial insight
7. Managing relationships with banks, auditors, insurers, and stakeholders
You will be ACCA/CIMA or ACA qualified with a proven track record of leading and supporting a finance team. Experience with ERP systems would be highly advantageous. You will be a clear communicator and have the experience to work across the business supporting all levels.
