The role
As a Receptionist and Administration Officer, you will provide an efficient and effective reception and administration service. Being the first point of contact for all visitors to the group office, you will greet callers in a professional and timely manner, ensuring they receive the appropriate attention.
In addition, you will manage reception duties, including maintaining security, handling enquiries, and supporting internal teams with essential administrative tasks.

What skills and experience we are looking for:
Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and has aptitude to learn new systems as required
Problem solving skills
Strong customer service skills
Experience in a customer service environment
Experience of working within a reception environment (deirable)
Ability to handle difficult customers with diplomacy
Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to work flexibly with a professional approach
This post requires the post-holder to carry out duties which will involve lifting of boxes and using step ladders / equipment to access stored items.
