We are looking for an efficient, reliable and highly motivated School Business Support Officer. As a team player, you will help foster a caring and supportive environment for our young people. The hours of work will be 8:30am to 3.30pm, two days per week (with 30 minutes unpaid lunch). The successful candidate will be the first point of contact within the school and able to demonstrate excellent customer service and ICT skills alongside an ability to work closely with staff and students. This role will, at times, involve working under pressure and within tight timescales. You must be able to manage your own time and workload and respond to the needs of the pupils, visitors, and headteacher whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times. This position is term-time only; please note the salary quoted is full-time equivalent. If successful, the salary received will be paid on a pro-rata basis.
Minimum Requirements:
* GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English, minimum Grade C
* Working in an office environment.
* Experience of using Microsoft Office.
