Working Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage, lead, and support Divisional Managers on a range of contracts within the Environment division.
2. Work in partnership with the Trusts Procurement Team to ensure contracts are implemented correctly.
3. Maintain and update the contract database, ensuring all contract variations are recorded in line with T&Cs.
4. Proactively guide Divisional Managers in recording and tracking KPIs, managing processes for imposing KPI financial deductions.
5. Support Divisional Managers in updating/creating contract specifications in line with Service Requirements, including manageable and SMART KPIs.
6. Monitor KPIs and keep up to date action plans/project plans related to the Contracts Team.
7. Chair and lead contract review meetings, providing guidance to Divisional Managers.
8. Provide the Environment Division with quarterly updates on the team's contract pipeline.
9. Raise variation requisitions as required and monitor/analyze invoices/credits in the Trusts financial system (Integra).
10. Manage the process for tracking contract correspondence to ensure contractual issues are resolved/escalated accordingly.
11. Complete summary sheets for all new contracts and manage the review and update process along with contract variations.
