Our Ofsted-registered scheme provides a safe and supportive environment for young people who have experienced trauma, homelessness, or complex challenges such as mental health issues and substance misuse. This role is about helping young people regain stability, develop independence, and work towards a positive future.
Are You the Right Fit?
We are looking for someone who is:
* Passionate and excited about working with young people, helping them turn their lives around.
* Willing to learn, enthusiastic, and committed to making a difference.
* Able to work independently and use initiative, particularly in lone working situations.
* Resilient under pressure, with patience, empathy, and an understanding of trauma.
* A team player, able to collaborate effectively while also using common sense in decision-making.
* Experienced or knowledgeable in safeguarding, support planning, and key working.
* Skilled in working 1:1 with young people, helping them set goals and achieve milestones.
* Experience in a related field (e.g., youth work, social care, education, or housing) is beneficial.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing a caseload of young people, offering practical and emotional support tailored to their needs.
* Supporting young people with budgeting, benefits, life skills, and accessing education, training, or employment.
* Helping them secure long-term housing and navigate the housing system.
* Creating a positive, non-judgmental environment where young people feel safe and valued.
* Working with partner agencies, including social services, mental health teams, and education providers.
This role requires an Enhanced DBS check.

* Up to 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays.
* A flexible benefits package, including healthcare and discounts.
* Professional development opportunities, including funded apprenticeships.
* Two additional paid volunteering days each year.
* Up to 10% pension contribution, matched 1:1.
