As we embark on this thrilling new chapter, we are searching for a skilled and dedicated Commis Chef to join our team.
Key responsibilities of the Commis Chef will include:
1. Assisting in the food preparation process
2. Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes
3. Preparing vegetables, meats, and fish
4. Assisting other Chefs in your team
5. Helping with deliveries and restocking
6. Assisting with stock rotation and cleaning stations
7. Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
The Ideal Commis Chef:
1. Understandable level of English spoken and written
2. Training from a Culinary School
3. Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations
4. Good communication skills
5. Positive and approachable manner
6. Team player qualities
