Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of educators and support staff in the Adults (Gr 10) program.
Develop, implement, and evaluate educational programs and curricula tailored for adult learners.
Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Facilitate professional development and training opportunities for team members.
Cultivate a positive and inclusive team culture that fosters collaboration and respect.
Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to enhance program delivery and support services.
Prepare and analyze reports on program outcomes, participant success, and team performance.
Requirements
Proven experience in educational management or a related field.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and strategies.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using educational technology and management software.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £30.55
