Job Title: SENIOR SURVEYOR/ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT Osborne King is one of Northern Irelands leading Chartered Surveying and Property Advisory Practices. The Property Management Department manage a diverse range of properties across all sectors for private and corporate clients. The Role: We are looking for an experienced Property Manager seeking a new challenge. The ideal candidates tasks will vary depending on experience, with the role encompassing: Managing own dedicated portfolio Main contact with landlords across portfolio Main contact for all tenants within dedicated portfolio Preparing reports for client meetings Management of income, arrears and recovery Responsible for reactive and planned maintenance and repairs Setting of service charge budgets Reconciliation of service charge expenditure Inspection of properties Carry out other duties in the department as reasonably required The Person: The successful candidate for the role of Property Manager will: MRICS accredited Minimum 5 years experience Demonstrate a good understanding of the commercial property market in Northern Ireland Be able to meet deadlines and deliver high quality work Good IT knowledge Property management accounting knowledge Be client service focused Be able to monitor and plan current and anticipated work to meet objectives and to work on own initiative Demonstrate excellent attention to detail Successfully anticipate and identify problems, develop solutions and follow through implementation to successful resolutions Exhibit a high level of written and verbal communication and negotiation skills Demonstrate commitment to the role and possess a strong desire to progress Be conversant with all elements of the MS Office package Hold a current driving license and have reasonable geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland What we offer: Competitive salary plus benefits depending on experience Flexible working environment Generous annual leave Discretionary performance related bonus To apply for this position please email a copy of your CV via the apply button below.
