Key Responsibilities: shopping for, preparing and cooking a 2-course meal for approximately 20-25 people each day/2 days a week during term time Washing up and cleaning the kitchen Keep records of current health and safety and environmental health and hygiene standards Working alongside community volunteers It is important that the candidate understands the needs of customers and is committed to the values, aims and ethos of The Salvation Army.
