Prospero Teaching are currently supporting a specialist provision in the Portsmouth area that is dedicated to supporting students aged 11-16 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Their mission is to provide a comprehensive education that includes academic, functional, and vocational skills, ensuring every student thrives in a nurturing yet stimulating environment.
They are seeking dedicated Learning Support Assistants who embody our values of respect, belief, and achievement. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will support students learning, help regulate their behaviour, and create a safe and conducive environment for their growth.

Requirements
1. Genuine passion for working with young people with SEMH needs.
2. Excellent communication skills and shared interests such as sport, gaming, music, fitness, the outdoors, horse riding or sailing.
3. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
4. Commitment to ongoing professional development.
