The role will involve working as part of a friendly team who help deliver excellent client management to high-net-worth individuals. The company successfully blends providing a personal professional touch with modern financial planning tools, providing clients with excellent, easy-to-understand advice.
Specifics of the role will include:
1. Arranging client meetings and assisting with meeting preparation, which will include creating presentation material, client review information, portfolio summaries, and compliance documentation.
2. Managing annual reviews, organizing client meetings, and ensuring the financial planner has the required reports and performance analysis.
3. Liaising internally to ensure client post-meeting requirements are actioned.
4. Conducting research and helping provide information for client illustrations and suitability reports.
5. Processing investment transactions including withdrawals, transfers, fund switches, etc.
6. Handling client enquiries, ensuring excellent service levels are maintained and client requests are completed.
7. Maintaining client records and information.
The ideal candidate will have wealth management/financial advisory experience and have worked in a similar role. It is important to have an understanding of investment, pension, and retirement planning products and be familiar with investment platforms.
