Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Expand Broker Relationships: Identify, target, and build strong relationships with insurance brokers and similar organisations to generate a consistent flow of high-quality claim leads. Your expertise in the insurance sector will be crucial in identifying opportunities for collaboration.
2. Achieve KPI and Revenue Goals: Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding targets within both company-owned and franchise territories.
3. Support Franchise Partners: Coach, train, and motivate new franchise partners, helping them to enhance their sales strategies and increase profitability. Your insights into broker networks will be vital in this support.
4. Generate and Nurture Leads: Utilise your network and business development skills to self-generate leads, appointments, and referrals through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls, social media, and industry events.
5. Liaise with Key Stakeholders: Maintain and strengthen relationships with clients, insurers, claims handlers, and other relevant parties, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
6. Ensure Compliance and Quality: Stay updated on industry regulations, particularly FCA rules, and ensure all activities meet compliance standards while maintaining exceptional customer service.
7. Drive Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement improvements in claims procedures, enhancing efficiency and customer satisfaction.
8. Maintain Accurate Records: Keep detailed records on claims using Sugar or other CRM platforms, providing regular updates and reports to the Operations Director.
