Spire Yale Hospital, Wrexham is currently looking to recruit for a Private Patient/Customer Service Sales Advisor to join our fantastic team on a permanent basis. Spire Yale Hospital is one of North Wales’ leading private hospitals and we take pride in delivering high-quality care. We offer fast access to consultations with specialists in a wide range of treatments, supported by advanced imaging and diagnostic technology. Working hours: Monday to Friday and shifts anywhere between 8 am and 6 pm. Occasional weekends will be required on a rota basis. Contract type: Permanent As Private Patient Sales Advisor you will be responsible for professional handling of self-pay enquiries in order to facilitate their conversion from enquiry to a clinical consultation, test or procedure with Spire Healthcare. Please note, that the position is based at Spire Yale Hospital, Wrexham but calls will be will taken across our NW and Merseyside hub consisting of Spire Yale, Spire Liverpool and Spire Wirral Hospitals. Duties and responsibilities Effective, professional handling of self-pay enquiries via phone calls, emails or face to face meetings with prospective self-pay customers Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and record data for patients in a timely manner Convert self-pay enquiries to outpatient appointments or tests or treatment in order to meet monthly conversion, self-pay revenue and admissions targets Diary lead and call-back management to ensure all enquiries and post appointments follow-ups (e.g. calls, emails and face to face meetings) are completed in a proactive and timely manner Maximise conversion opportunities through a high level of customer service, enquiry management, sales, leadership and mentoring skills Meet team and individual targets relating to conversion, revenue and appointments Who were looking for The successful candidate must have excellent customer service skills Strong IT and telephone skills are required Healthcare experience would be an advantage SAP knowledge would be beneficial Organised and with a keen eye for detail as accuracy is a key requirement for the position Benefits We offer employed colleagues a competitive salary as well as a comprehensive benefits package which includes but is not limited to: 35 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays Employer and employee contributory pension with flexible retirement options ‘Spire for you’ reward platform - discount and cashback for over 1000 retailers Free Car Park Free DBS Free Uniform Private medical insurance Life assurance We commit to our employee’s well-being through work life balance, on-going development, support and reward.
