This critical role will be responsible for driving technical data-centric deliverables with a focus on Credit RWA calculations within our investment banking operations. The successful candidate will work from the Belfast office three days per week, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design effective operating models and IT architectures that solve complex business problems in the investment banking sector. Primary Responsibilities Own the design and delivery of services required to support Credit RWA calculations Apply independent critical thinking and data analysis to break down complex problems into manageable deliverables Lead working groups with Business, Quant, Finance and Technology stakeholders to identify critical data elements Design target operating models and architecture Translate requirements into delivery milestones and project plans Maintain hands-on involvement in project delivery, ensuring requirements are correctly implemented Manage dependencies across initiatives and stakeholder groups Proactively identify and address risks and challenges Produce insightful project updates and documentation for various forums Build strong relationships to support program execution Required Skills & Experience Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently Experience with large datasets, relational databases and SQL Demonstrated experience designing effective operating models and IT architectures Excellent communication skills with ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders Self-starting with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities Organized and detail-oriented with capacity to manage multiple workstreams Minimum 5 years of relevant experience Preferred Skills Experience with cross-asset or Front Office analytics builds in investment banking Experience working directly with Business/Quant teams in financial markets Strong understanding of front-to-back trade lifecycle for derivative products Trading or Business Management experience in investment banking McGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on any grounds.
