ER/HR Advisor
£25.00 per hour
Brentwood (On-site, 5 days a week) 3-6 month contract
Our client is seeking an experienced HR/ER Advisor to join their team on a full-time, on-site basis for an initial 3-6 month contract.
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 08:00 - 16:00 / 09:00 - 17:00
Key Requirements:
1. CIPD Level 5 or 7 qualification essential
2. Proven experience managing complex ER casework from start to finish
3. Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
4. Ability to work autonomously and provide expert guidance to stakeholders
5. Experience advising managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
6. Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
7. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities:
1. Provide expert advice and guidance on employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases
2. Lead and manage complex ER casework from investigation to resolution
3. Ensure HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and in line with employment law
