Interaction Recruitment are currently looking to recruit Support Workers to work either days or nights for a client we have in Wadebridge.
You will be supporting and enabling residents to get the most out of life, supporting individuals to maintain relationships with family and friends and gain the ability to move on to more independent living when they are ready.
The residential home is enabling service users with autism and learning disabilities and behaviours that challenge.
The Role:
Assisting with daily living and domestic duties
Developing positive working relationships
Ensuring that the health, safety and welfare of clients is always protected
Maintaining accurate and up to date reports such as support plans
Respect the individuality and confidentiality of each client
Build and maintain relationships with service users.
Supporting service users out in the community.
