Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum
Estimated Salary Range: Based on industry standards and location, we estimate the salary for this role to be between £60,000 and £80,000 per annum.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality training in welding and fabrication techniques to apprentices. This will involve developing and delivering curriculum content, assessing student progress, and providing feedback and guidance.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding and fabrication, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively with a diverse range of learners, including those with varying levels of experience and ability.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver curriculum content for welding and fabrication training
* Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
* Mentor and guide apprentices to help them achieve their full potential
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
* A relevant qualification in welding and fabrication (e.g. HNC/HND or degree level)
* Proven experience of teaching or training in a similar field
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
