Job role: IFA Administrator Salary: £23k-24kLocation: Leicester Monday- Friday office full time Profile Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with an interest in financial services? Join our growing team as an IFA Administrator and play a key role in supporting Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) to deliver exceptional client service Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support to IFAs, ensuring smooth client interactions as a IFA administrator Process client applications, updates, and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain and update client records in the system, ensuring all data is current and compliant. Liaise with clients and providers to resolve queries and obtain necessary information. Assist with research and preparation of financial reports for clients. Handle general office administration, including filing, scanning, and maintaining documents. Ensure that all tasks comply with regulatory and company policiesas a IFA Administrator. Skills & Experience: Previous experience in financial services administration is a plus, but not essential. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients and colleagues. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and experience with financial planning software is advantageous. A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
