Our client, a well-established medium-sized contractor based on the South Coast, is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their expanding team. Key Responsibilities:
5. Oversee 2-4 projects within the commercial, education, and healthcare sectors.
6. Review and analyse contract terms and conditions.
7. Negotiate contracts with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.
8. Develop and maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders.
9. Monitor project timelines and deliverables to ensure contract compliance.
10. Address and resolve any contract disputes that may arise.
11. Ensure all contract documentation is accurate and up to date.
12. Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
13. Manage contract budgets and ensure projects are delivered within budget constraints.
Requirements:
14. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Contracts Manager, particularly in commercial, education, or healthcare projects.
15. Strong understanding of contract law and regulations.
16. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
17. Ability to multitask and manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
18. Strong organisational and time-management skills.
19. Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
