The Role:
As Customer Services Advisor you will support the store with in-bound customer queries, delivering a professional, seamless, and proactive service to Mulberry clients requiring information or assistance across a variety of topics and platforms. You will resolve any issues to the satisfaction of all parties, reflecting the Mulberry values and integrity of the brand.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Provide every customer with a luxury experience, working above and beyond the expectations of the customer to create memorable experiences.
2. Be knowledgeable across all business products and services available to customers.
3. Take ownership and responsibility for all client contact ensuring a swift response/resolution.
4. Respond to incoming correspondence in accordance with agreed procedures and standards across relevant channels.
5. Undertake ad hoc administrative duties as requested.
6. Show a willingness to complete tasks within a given time scale.
7. Adhere to deadlines.
8. Keep up to date with current Mulberry media/press happenings.
9. Be aware of latest trends and movements within the fashion industry.
10. Be an extension of the central Customer Services team and actively participate in training and meetings.
11. Partner with the Virtual Sales Team to ensure a seamless and memorable experience for customers.

Skills & Knowledge required:
1. Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
2. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
3. Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Office.
4. Works cooperatively and effectively with others in a team to achieve shared objectives.
5. Reliable, punctual, and quick thinking.
6. Ability to multitask.
7. Displays strong interpersonal effectiveness.
8. Can identify and understand individual client needs, wants, and expectations.
9. Customer services experience is essential.
10. Experience in a luxury retail sales environment is advantageous.
