We’re seeking someone to join our team as an Recruitment Business Partner for the EMEA region. You’ll play a talent partner role to the business areas you are aligned to within Corporate Functions and Operations, collaborating with senior leaders and the Experienced Hire Infrastructure Lead to drive the recruitment strategy and provide the highest level of service. Read on… What you’ll do in the role: • Collaborate with Business Leads, COO’s and HR Partners in relation to growth and demand planning, regularly reviewing forecasts, attrition and business requirements to develop recruitment strategies, targets and KPIs in line with their needs. • Support and partner with the EMEA Infrastructure Experienced Hire Recruitment Lead in managing the RPO relationship to ensure high quality service delivery against SLAs. • Provide strategic direction to RPO Vendor Recruitment Managers for your lines of business, ensuring the service is set up to meet business needs through the prioritisation of activity, working together to build impactful solutions key priorities and challenges. • Build an expert level of understanding of the hiring practices and complexities within your lines of business, establishing value add partnerships across HR functions, leading issue resolution and driving process improvements. • Leverage internal HR reporting tools alongside RPO vendor performance data to build and present regular dashboards and data driven insights to the business. • Drive diverse and inclusive hiring practices, implementing business unit recruiting initiatives to build a strong pipeline of high calibre diverse talent. What you’ll bring to the role: • At least 6 years’ relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role. • Deep understanding of recruitment in a financial services, corporate or blue chip environment. • Client focused, service oriented, relationship builder. • Strong communicator who can build solid relationships at all levels of the organisation and influence collaborative outcomes. • Proven ability to think strategically and creatively. • Strong organisational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects. • Ability to appropriately influence senior decision-makers and is resilient when challenged. • Proactive, enthusiastic and “hands on” approach. • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. • Strong IT skills and reporting skills and the ability to interpret and make data driven decisions.
