As our Global Partner Marketing Operations Manager, your mission is clear: help to develop best practice frameworks that streamline partner marketing operations such as partner communications, recruitment and onboarding, global and regional reporting and analysis and management of global budget and management of the MDF program. On a typical day, you will collaborate with your leader, the Global Director of Partner Marketing, and Partner Marketing Managers across our global regions, with the responsibility to manage projects, streamline budget management and standardise regional reporting to support global analysis to drive higher ROI throughout our Partner Ecosystem. This is a hybrid role - three days per week in our Newcastle office. Key Responsibilities What you will do? You will take ownership of developing, presenting, and managing marketing budgets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis, ensuring all financial processes align with company policies. This role involves providing clear financial summaries, reports, and recommendations, while explaining complex financial data in an accessible way. You will collaborate closely with the Leadership Team, regional colleagues, and cross-departmental teams to set and track budget goals, proactively manage partner MDF policies, tools, and utilisation, and identify and mitigate potential budgetary risks. Additionally, you'll play a key role in forecasting financial needs, standardising regional reporting, and providing strategic input for global partner marketing plans. The position also includes liaising with marketing and sales operations teams on regional and global projects and managing strategic initiatives that require Partner Marketing involvement, ensuring clarity on objectives, actions, and deliverables. Minimum Qualifications: You have/are •B2B indirect channel/partner marketing experience within the software/tech or financial services industry for resellers partners •Excellent at creating and managing project timelines, budgets and resources to ensure successful campaign delivery •Detail-orientated, with strong analytical, problem-solving skills and a high degree of numeral literacy.
