The firm acts for a very wide-ranging client base, including entrepreneurs, private equity executives, family offices with international links, OMBs, professional practices, and other industry sector clients and individuals. You will be looking to manage and mentor a team, grow and develop the firm's private client offering and department, and take a lead role in this. Description
You will join the firm as a Personal Tax Director delivering personal tax and advisory services to a wide-ranging client base. A key element and focus of your role will be on leading, mentoring, and influencing your team and driving the overall management and development of the private client team of around twenty people in total. You will develop internal and external relationships, contacts, and networks to bolster their private client offering further.
Profile
You are likely to be a highly experienced Senior Personal Tax Manager at least, or preferably already operating as a Personal Tax Director level professional with demonstrable experience of developing and leading a team of personal tax professionals. You will be ACA / ACCA / CTA / STEP or equivalent qualified as a personal tax, advisory-focused professional across any technical specialism within personal tax. Your background may be within any of Top Tier, Ten accountancy practice environments, Mid Tier/Top 50, or large, medium, small independent firm backgrounds and you will be seeking a challenging new career opportunity, with a clear route to progress to partnership within a leading firm of accountants.
Job Offer
