Carbon60 are currently looking for a Stores Administrator (Customer Operations Advisor) to join a client of ours based in Shipley on the Crown Packaging site.
Pay/Salary: £26,000/annum, £12.50/hour, highly unlikely to be any changes from April 2025, no overtime
Working Hours/Shift Pattern: 07:30 - 16:15 Monday - Thursday, 07:30 - 15:00 Friday, 40 hours/week, 30 mins lunch
Type of Employment: 12 weeks temporary to permanent
Main duties & responsibilities:
The main responsibilities of this role are administration based, inputting orders and booking stock on the in-house systems
Email and phone correspondence with suppliers
Expediting orders in process
Completing NCR's - No conformance reporting - investigating complaints, root cause analysis and providing feedback
Completing manual handling of goods-in and goods-out stock from pallets and unloading deliveries from pallets, completing necessary documentation
Enter stores area and organize stock from deliveriesEssential skills / experience / qualifications:
Administration experience/background or Stores/Warehouse background suitable for this role, stores aspects or administration specifics respectively can be trained but must be willing to meet the physical demands and IT duties of the role
Essential to have competent IT Literacy skills - able to show professional email correspondence and complete data entry
Excellent communication skills for supplier interaction
