Maintain student records data for the area including registers, ULNs, destinations/job outcomes, change requests and other reporting requests Support with student enrolments within the area and work with the central MIS/Marketing teams throughout main enrolment. Support the area with Curriculum Planning, timetabling, rooming, staff/room utilisation, course profiling/approvals and course file. Contribute to the improvement of day to day processes and procedures Support students in all aspects of College life and assisting the smooth running of the admin department.About YouGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google applications, Pro Solution or other student records system Experience of administrative and/or student records work in an education setting ensuring GDPR standards and confidentiality. Good communication skills and the ability to work flexibly across a number of tasks combined with good attention to detail and accuracy Excellent customer service skills with ability to advise and signpost students to college services and efficiently resolve enquires in a timely mannerHigh professional standards and commitment to restorative practice approaches.
