Due to recent growth, our exciting client have the requirement for a Human Resources Assistant to join the business in their growing and fast paced delivery support team.
As an Human Resources Assistant you will carry out administrative tasks with broader responsibilities to support strategic HR initiatives. This role requires a proactive approach to managing HR operations, supporting employee relations, recruitment, and HR project implementation. The successful candidate will contribute to the smooth functioning of the HR department and the achievement of organisational goals while maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
1. HR Administration and Operations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for day-to-day HR queries, providing guidance on policies and processes.
• Maintain and update HR systems and employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with GDPR.
• Draft and process HR documents, including offer letters, employment contracts, and variations to terms of employment.
• Support payroll preparation by providing accurate employee data, including new hires, terminations, and leave records.
