Unlike traditional contractors, where you are hired by the client, you remain a permanent employee of Peregrine, with access to all our standard benefits: A Permanent Position in a Market-Leading Workforce Solutions company Life Assurance 5% annual bonus Pension Scheme Employer matched to 5% Voluntary Benefits Health Cash Plan, Dental, Will Writing etc Annual Leave 23 days rising to 27 with length of service Sick Pay Increasing with length of service Key Responsibilities: Working with the SbD Programme lead and Change Manager in developing and implementing business activities in the implementation of SbD Identify and communicate with key stakeholders across the HOCS, HO and ALBs Gather, review and analyse HO business data related to Cyber Security and Secure by Design, including KPIs, security reports and other key metrics using data analytical tools Liaise between various business departments and groups across the HO in line with the SbD objectives Assess options for process improvement, including business process modelling, especially those related to PMO and delivery processes and lifecycles in terms of SbD mapping Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes and operations and maintain a mapping view of SbD activities to cyber security artefacts and processes utilised within the HO Collaborate with all stakeholders and cross-functional teams across the HO in line with the SbD objectives Coaching and mentoring directorates, PMOs and staff through the business analysis process and outcomes Communicating SbD business analysis plans and initiatives to teammates and key stakeholders to ensure their understanding and buy-in Evaluating the success of business analysis initiatives within the context of SbD Requirements: Ability to effectively communicate and influence key stakeholders to support proposed strategies, process improvements and operational decisions Familiarity with industry programme /project lifecycles to gather data Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience testing and mapping various business processes and protocols Resourcefulness and creative problem-solving skills Desirable: Experience in a Cyber Security environment Experience and knowledge of Secure by Design Understanding of the NCSC Cyber Assurance Framework (CAF) Understanding of the NIST Cyber Security Framework (CSF) and mapping to CAF About us: At Peregrine, we see beyond the immediate and look to the horizon.
