We are currently recruiting for a Children’s Home Manager for a new children’s home based in Leeds.
This is a full-time, permanent role, Monday – Friday.
The package on offer is top end market rate of up to £72,000.
Duties of the Children’s Home Registered Manager include:
* You will manage the 4 bedded, LD residential home efficiently, ensuring the effective delivery of the main responsibilities and key result areas identified within the role of Residential Manager, you will participate in an on-call rota to ensure effective management across services on a 24/7 basis.
* Manage the residential service, offering expert support to young people with EBD.
* Build and develop staff team.
* Manage residential staff team, including Deputies, Team Leaders and Support Workers.
* Ensure the service meets OFSTED standards.
* Manage recruitment and staffing.
* Work with SMT to ensure the service implements company policies and procedures.
* Manage quality assurance.
* Manage budget.
Package:
A competitive salary of up to £60,000
+ £5,000 in welcome bonuses
+ up to 10% performance bonuses.
Requirements:
* Full UK driving licence.
* Completed Level 5 Residential Childcare.
* Experience within an EBD Setting.
* QCF 3 in Children and young people’s workforce (children’s social care pathway) or equivalent.
