About
We’re looking for a Head of Commercial Finance – Distribution to take the lead on financial planning, budgeting and performance across our UK and EU operations. This is a senior leadership role with a strong focus on delivering robust forecasts, insightful performance analysis, and strategic financial support across our core product areas — including Parking, Hotels and more.
This role is critical to supporting our growth ambitions and shaping the financial strategy of our business. Working at the heart of our Commercial Finance team, you’ll drive forward insights, performance, and financial leadership that fuel our business goals. You’ll play a key role in helping us scale and evolve how we do FP&A, using tools like Workday and AI to enhance how we budget, forecast and report — giving the business greater visibility, faster insights and smarter decisions as we grow across Europe.
This is a highly visible role partnering our European leadership team as we grow our European market share. Our growth is both organic and through acquisitions, with the role requiring a strategic thinking who is able to execute our financial plans.
The Role
By joining our team you’ll:
* Lead all financial planning and analysis across the UK and EU for Distribution - owning the budgeting and forecasting process across P&L, cash, trading, opex and capex
* Ensure budgets and forecasts reflect both day-to-day trading realities and our long-term strategic ambitions
* Analyse business opportunities through a commercial and cost-saving lens helping identify, assess and prioritise where we can grow or improve
* Deliver high-quality reporting and performance insights against a clear set of KPIs, working closely with stakeholders to track delivery and adjust plans as needed.
* Provide strategic insights to senior stakeholders and influence commercial decision-making
* Partner our Leadership team on key strategic initiatives to identify risks, uncover opportunities and help drive growth
* Develop and evolve our financial models and metrics to improve transparency and performance tracking
* Lead the adoption of Workday & AI to reduce processes and improve decision-making
* Lead and develop a talented FP&A team — creating a high-performance culture built on support, accountability and continuous learning
What you can bring to our team:
* Experience in a senior commercial finance or FP&A leadership role
* Success in leading complex budgeting and forecasting processes, ideally across multiple markets (UK and EU)
* Strong understanding of business performance metrics and how to use financial insight to drive results
* Experience managing and developing high-performing finance teams
* An analytical thinker with a collaborative and strategic mindset, able to translate insights into action
* Excellent financial modelling, forecasting and analytical skills
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at a senior level
* Experience in travel (desirable)
* A recognised accounting qualification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA) (desirable)
Everyone’s career path is individual and different, so this is just a guide. If your experience doesn't precisely match this, you’re encouraged to apply so that we can discover your unique talents!
