BDS have a new opportunity for property services manager in Bradford. Our client is one of the Countries leading providers of sheltered housing for older and vulnerable adults. The role will involve leading a team of coordinators to ensure that successful grounds maintenance & cleaning services are provided to residents. This also involves providing an aids and adaptations service to meet customers’ needs and to enable customers to continue to remain in their homes for as long as possible.
Through the successful delivery of this service, you and the team will deliver value for money whilst improving customers’ experience and their enjoyment of their home and community.
Salary up to 51.5K based on experience
35 hours per week
Base: Hybrid, with travel to Bradford and occasion travel to other locations
Criteria:
Experience of contract management, specifically in relation to grounds maintenance and cleaning services.
Experience of service charge expenditure, costs recovery opportunities and the budget setting process.
Experience of dealing with members of the public and external stakeholders such as Councillors and MPs.
Ability to utilise financial and performance information to robustly manage performance.
IT literacy, confident in working with Microsoft office applications and other relevant software.
Full UK Driving Licence with access to a car for business use
