What You’ll Do:
* Spotting Opportunities: Identify and select exciting loyalty opportunities that can enhance our sales performance and customer experience.
* Connecting with Customers: Make outbound calls to engage with customers, book appointments, and confirm their visits.
* Building Relationships: Meet customers face-to-face, providing a warm and professional experience that leaves a lasting impression.
* Driving Sales: Guide customers through the entire sales process, including selling vehicles and add-on products. Refer customers to sales and management teams when needed and log your success.
* Valuing Inventory: Look for opportunities for potential stock acquisition, playing a vital role in our dealership’s success.
