Brook Street Recruitment is working on behalf of our client in Belfast to recruit a new full time and permanent Field Based Account Manager to support their continued growth
The ideal candidate will manage client accounts, identify and develop new business opportunities, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. While primarily desk-based, this role will also require the ability to conduct external face-to-face meetings with clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong business relationships by gaining a deep understanding of client's financial and operational drivers.
* Build solid customer connections through regular face-to-face meetings.
* Consistently deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring clients are well-informed about new products and services.
* Stay current on competitor products and market trends to maintain and grow business opportunities.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on up selling and cross-selling within the existing customer base.
* Work diligently to meet established targets and objectives.
* Collaborate closely with Sales teams to identify and expand growth opportunities.
* Negotiate contracts and finalise agreements to maximise profitability.
Experience
* Must have previous B2B sales experience - in the telecoms industry
* Must have a car / drivers licence
* Strong communication skills are essential
Salary will depend on experience - 28-32k per annum
