The role will include acting as a stakeholder on key projects, delivery of agreed objectives and key results, and driving growth from CRM. You will be working closely with the Marketing Director to agree KPIs for new marketing channels and initiatives. Previous innovations have included testing and proving the concept for push notifications, integrating NPS and new feedback processes, developing on-holiday and returner journeys. Your Responsibilities The role of CRM Customer Marketing Manager will be responsible for the following areas: End to end project management including objective setting and strategy. Developing and testing strategies to ensure the most effective approach is being executed. Mapping customer journeys, events and relevant segmentation. Responsible for construction and management of HTML email templates, programming, SMS, push campaigns and segmentation of the UKC4H database to ensure targeted marketing. Collaborating with all departments and external providers to ensure effective “project” delivery across all products Monitoring and maximising the “project” strategies to ensure maximum profitability. Preparing performance reports and making recommendations for the Marketing Director, CMO and Managing Director. Any other duties that are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by your line manager.
