The Role We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team. You will be assisting both Business Development Managers and Account Managers to allow both teams to primarily focus on bringing in large accounts, growth and retention. You will enhance the client experience by ensuring the speedy delivery and completion of tasks for both new and existing clients. Sustaining customer satisfaction during the implementation of initial client and product set-ups. Responsibilities Provide administrative support, working alongside BDM’s and AM’s, including account activation, client product set-ups and preparing advanced reporting. Escalating and monitoring incoming queries Assist in preparing and maintaining sales documentation Liaising with Marketing and Supplier Management to support Sales with data Working alongside team manager to analyse trends in queries / questions that will help identify training and or Product issues Assist Sales Team in reviewing compliance reporting and highlighting actions required Ad hoc tasks as requested from time to time from sales team.
