The Role: As a Learning Mentor in our Forest School team, you will plan, prepare, and deliver purposeful and productive activities for children using a range of resources and teaching styles. You will promote positive behaviour management in the Forest School environment. Responsibilities: Implement agreed practices with individuals and groups of children in Forest School sessions. Support senior staff in the observation, assessment, and planning cycle, and manage and prepare resources. Support children’s learning and set activities, fostering independent problem-solving and creative play. Accompany staff and children on visits, trips, and out-of-school activities as required.
