Youll be responsible for: Monitoring and Verifying Care Logs: Ensuring care workers log real-time attendance accurately and addressing any discrepancies using our Alert Manager system. Problem-Solving: Identifying and rectifying late or missed calls, duplicate log-ins, and maintaining accurate records. Compliance Coordination: Liaising with Care Coordinators to resolve time-monitoring issues and ensure full compliance with service standards. Data Integrity: Cross-referencing ECM systems with care plans to create an accurate audit trail for Local Authorities. Supporting Care Workers: Training care workers on ECM usage and maintaining records of users unable to use telephony systems. Reporting: Generating weekly compliance reports and statistical data as required to ensure operational excellence.
