Operational Team Leaders will provide a core of effective leadership, clinical and management support for their team, including maintaining their welfare, supporting personal development and reviewing performance and progress. The post holder will be responsible for leading and managing a team of staff within the operating unit, ensuring their continued development and clinical competence and will be responsible for all aspects of welfare for their team members, this will include all areas of sickness and absence management together with any staff welfare issues that may occur when performing theBronze function. The post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating all aspects of Personal and Development Reviews within their own team and workingalongside other operational team leaders and clinical mentors within the operating unit to ensure a consistent approach.
