About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Global Recruitment team in Glasgow. This is a hybrid role with an expectation of 4 days a week onsite.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the sourcing and screening of external candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communications.
* Support the business on multiple roles, across multiple locations & time zones.
* Market our vacancies to attract and engage a wide range of high-quality candidates.
* Support internal recruitment, identifying internal candidates looking to move roles within the business, ensuring they receive a smooth and positive experience.
* Ensure up-to-date recruitment & onboarding admin.
Requirements:
* Prior experience recruiting technically focused roles ideally across the IT sector – or be able to demonstrate your ability to recruit across multiple sectors.
* Experience of full life cycle recruiting within an agency or in an internal environment.
* Expertise in a variety of sourcing channels, including direct approaches, job board sourcing, and networking.
* Comfortable managing roles at both peer and executive level.
* Experience recruiting across UK, US and or EMEA talent markets.
* Experience using Sage Recruit would be extremely beneficial.
