Role Overview :
As our Warehouse Manager, you are required to achieve high customer satisfaction by managing daily dispatch activities, working closely with customer service and planning, ensuring the team understands their responsibilities and is effective.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Manage on-hand stock levels through collaboration with the Inventory team, in accordance with the agreed service level agreements.
2. Proactively lead and guide the team to anticipate order fulfillment needs with FIFO delivery.
3. Responsible for meeting the assigned KPIs to ensure excellence in service delivery to customers and stakeholders.
4. Act as a key stakeholder in customer claims related to the quality performance of transporter and goods damaged from customers.
5. Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and annual inventory checks.
What We’re Looking For :
1. A tertiary degree, warehouse certification, or ability to demonstrate equivalent work experience.
2. Deep expertise in warehousing and logistics, including dispatch processes, operational capacity, and reporting.
3. Working knowledge of SAP and EDI.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building and nurturing stakeholder relationships.
5. A strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
6. Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
7. A proactive and motivated approach, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
8. A passion for creating positive customer experiences and achieving outstanding results.
