Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Technical Support role located in Stevenage. The Technical Support Technician will be part of a team responsible for level one and two telephone and email technical support inquiries, troubleshooting faults, quality control checks, repairs and returns of Genie products, and providing product training to colleagues and customers.
Qualifications
* Skilled in technical support, troubleshooting, problem-solving analogue / IP CCTV, and access control systems.
* Experience with computer database software.
* Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills.
* Understanding of various systems from within the security industry preferred.
* Keen interest in technology with a willingness to work within a team and learn.
