The school provides support for SEN (Special Educational Needs) pupils within a mainstream setting, focusing on students in key stages 1 and 2. The role involves assisting pupils with various SEN needs, including social, emotional, and mental health challenges, as well as behavioural difficulties. Some students may also have additional medical or complex needs. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, with an immediate start and continuing until the end of the current academic year. The successful candidate will work with SEN pupils on a 1:1 basis or in small groups to support their educational development and engagement. Previous experience in SEN support or as a Teaching Assistant is required, along with an up-to-date DBS check (which can be arranged through Prospero Teaching if needed).
