We are seeking an Account Manager / Front of House Manager for a corporate firm. This role is ideal for those with experience as an account manager in a reception services firm, or as a reception / FOH manager from a 4 or 5-star hotel or similar. You will take ownership of managing service delivery across a portfolio, focusing on client satisfaction and operational excellence. This role requires building strong client relationships and supporting front-of-house teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Establish and maintain effective client relationships through regular face-to-face meetings and consistent communication.
* Oversee front-of-house teams, providing ongoing training, support, and performance evaluations to ensure service standards are met.
* Conduct site visits to monitor service quality, assess team performance, and ensure compliance with client expectations and internal protocols.
* Act as the key liaison between on-site teams, clients, and support offices, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
* Lead onboarding processes, conduct return-to-work interviews, and manage employee performance, including handling disciplinary actions when necessary.
* Regularly assess and enhance front-of-house services, making recommendations for improvements to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.
* Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements and handle transitions or changes in client needs to maintain service consistency.
* Collaborate with HR on employee welfare, training needs, and addressing any operational challenges to ensure a motivated and high-performing team.
