* Talented Residential Development Solicitor is required to join a busy team in Reading, working with the majority of the UK's national house builders.
* The appointed Residential Development Solicitor will have some experience within residential and/or property development area, having completed an excellent training contract and with an out and out desire to work within the area of Residential Development.
* What is needed in this role is practical legal advice and solutions that suit the clients’ requirements and are communicated in a clear and precise way.
* The firms strength lies in being a wholly specialist team dedicated to house builders and developers, with an ability to respond to tight deadlines.
* Understanding your objectives and then achieving them is paramount.
* Personable, self-motivated and confident, the successful Residential Development Solicitor will need to have a good grounding in core Real Estate Development.
* The successful individual will be robust and able to work independently and as part of a team.
* You will have the strength of character to interact effectively with colleagues and clients at every level.
* It is important to be able to demonstrate the following attributes: first class academics and excellent training record; excellent commercial acumen; ability and willingness to learn; organised with time and the completion of documents; good IT skills and importantly complete discretion and professionalism.
