Leading a team of finance professionals, you will be responsible for training, performance management, and ensuring all financial transactions meet NHS Highland’s Standing Financial Instructions and Standard Financial Procedures. You will also be expected to identify opportunities for financial innovation using digital tools, automation, and streamlined processes.

5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders.
Formal accountancy qualifications (e.g. CCAB) are desirable but not essential if you have relevant experience and the ability to take on this level of responsibility.
Why join NHS Highland?
