We are looking for a highly motivated individual to work within our Regulatory Services customer resolution team. The team acts as the first point of contact between customers and officers in a range of Environmental Health, Trading Standards and Licensing functions. The work involves liaising with customers and providing resolution to their enquiries and informing them of reasonable expectations of the service. You will be fully IT conversant and able to deal with a busy and varied workload in a small close knit and supportive team.
Responsibilities:
