A market leader is looking for a RNLD to join their mental health service in Wyke. The service supports men of a working age and with role will sit on their mental health and autism unit.

Key Responsibilities of a Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse:
1. Assist in providing high quality care and a safe and therapeutic environment.
2. Under NMC guidelines, ensure that individual care plans are complete & maintained collectively with residents, relatives & other healthcare professionals.
3. Maintain documentation, undertake audits & demonstrate integrity in your role.
4. Participate in Staff and Patient meetings and attend training sessions as required.
5. Provide a high standard of care in a professional manner by providing direct nursing care to patients experiencing mental health problems.
Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse Requirements:
6. Qualified Learning Disabilities Nurse.
7. Active NMC PIN.
8. Experience working within mental health and learning disabilities services.
