Barrière Group is looking for a Director of Sales UK based in the London area, United Kingdom.
You will join the Group remotely, with a Paris based Sales team, and report to the Director of International & Leisure and the VP of Sales.
Place of work: Remote home based in London area.
YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE…
1. Create and expand brand presence and awareness for Barrière Group (all segments: Leisure, MICE, Corporate and Entertainment) in UK & Ireland;
2. Manage key accounts within markets;
3. Regular individual sales trips, promoting Barrière Group and attend industry tradeshows & partners meetings;
4. Participate and organize roadshows, sales calls for Barrière Hotels traveling to the UK;
5. Create meaningful and strategic partnerships with UK brands and agencies for Barrière Group;
6. Identify new accounts and business opportunities for Barrière Group;
7. Assist with annual budget process and monthly tracking;
8. Create and develop a strategy to meet & exceed budget expectations, grow ADR from the designated markets;
9. Oversee marketing presence amongst all segments partners for Barrière Group.
Job Type: Full-time / Employer of Record
Annual package between 70K GBP and 80K GBP

Profile:
1. Degree in hospitality management or similar/applicable discipline required;
2. A proven hotel sales experience;
3. Advanced knowledge of hotels and competitive market;
4. Capacity to manage various projects and work to tight deadlines;
5. Excellent negotiation and leadership skills;
6. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills;
7. Must be able to maintain the confidentiality of information;
8. French speaking is a plus.
